Rotana Resort:-(Design & Shop Drawing)

  • Location: Matrouh Coastal Road at 90KM.
  • Project Description: Village containing hotel, 40 residential buildings, 4 GYM, Hyper market, Masjid, and more over ten swimming pools.
  • Scope of Work:
  • Complete electromechanical Design package includes drawings, installation details, and detailed specifications for all materials.
  • Shop drawings including calculations, co-ordination, MOS, submittals, and BOQ.
  • Samples of systems:–
  1. HVAC
  2. Portable and Sanitary
  3. Fire Fighting
  4. Electrical Design (Lighting, Power, Network, CCTV, Mobile network, Access Control, Electronic Gates, Fire alarm)
  5. Medium Voltage design
  6. Low and Medium Voltage routing.
  7. Wind turbine.
  8. Ventilation design, diagrams, piping connections,
  9. Fire fighting wet system, FM200, CO2 system
