- Scope of Work: Full detailed electromechanical design including (Lighting calculation, Small power, mechanical power system, HVAC design , water supply, drainage full detailed works, calculations like electric load, lighting, ventilation, amount of water supply system
- Area: 800 m2 per floor containing basement, ground floor, and first floor.
