  • Project Description: 34 medium class residential buildings, 21 high class residential buildings.
  • Scope of Work:
  • Completion of electrical works includes smart systems CCTV, intercom, FTTH ….
  • Value engineering, price study
  • Area: 70,000 m2
  • Owner: New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA)
